Enticeable’s long term client, The Stephen James Partnership had issues with the deliverability of their top line website and email domain, which was twofold.
Number one, some of their emails were landing in junk when emailing their regular contacts; shareholders, candidates and clients. And the second issue was every time they sent an invoice to a client from their internal system they did not deliver.
The first thing Enticeable did was optimise the SJP’ domain DNS settings to secure delivery and reputation. Our team then integrated the automated payments systems to that invoices being sent via email did not land in junk, anymore.
Following this, we advised on how to best set up their policy tags and security so that they no longer received mass amounts of spam and junk messaging to their site and internal inboxes.
